Liberalisation of advertising for professionals. Allows doctors to publish tariffs and service information, but strictly in an informative rather than commercial manner.
Codice di Deontologia Medica — FNOMCeO (ed. 2014)
Professional code of Italian doctors and dentists. Prohibits aggressive advertising, guarantees of result, Before/After photos for advertising purposes, slogans such as "The best clinic in the city".

Regolamento UE 2016/679 — GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation. Patient health data is a "special category" (Art. 9). Requires explicit consent, separate checkboxes, Privacy Policy and data storage on EU servers.
D.Lgs. 196/2003 — Codice Privacy (updated by D.Lgs. 101/2018)
